Biography and Education
Dr. Susanne Sternthal received her Ph.D from Columbia University in the Department of Political Science and her graduate Certificate from the Harriman Institute.She was a Ford Foundation Fellow in "Dual competency: Security and Soviet Studies". Her undergraduate degree was from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She graduated with honors in the Department of Political Science and Slavic languages.
